As a coach I want to help 1000's of men get confidence in themselves physically and mentally. I knew what it was like to be a skinny kid, who was weak. I was constantly aware that my girlfriends probably didn't feel 'protected' when they were with me despite being a good fighter.
I understand what it feels like to be the small & weak one out of my friend group. Being able to fight was great for my confidence initially but there was still something missing, which was the physicality. I wanted to feel STRONG and POWERFUL, I wanted to be bigger and feel like I could physically handle myself against any threat. So I knew I had to put on some size. I want to help other men achieve the feeling of being strong and capable whilst also being athletic. As a man you should walk around with your chest held high confident in yourself, knowing you can protect yourself and your loved ones, knowing you are strong both physically and mentally, knowing people can rely on you and have confidence in you. I want to help men no longer walk down the street slumped over with no confidence, scared of anyone who looks at them.
